COBALT advised the world’s leading investment bank on securitisation of mortgage program

The case handles securitisation of American leading financial company AmCredit and US government funded mortgage program which was organised and managed by one of the world’s leading financial management and advisory companies Merrill Lynch. Our assignment included devising of the structure of the Baltic residential mortgage warehouse financing and securitisation project, drafting of the agreements according to the Estonian law and revising the agreements compiled in accordance with the English law. The value of the deal is EUR 125 mio.
