Hawk Infinity, a Norwegian investment company, has acquired RoboLabs, an artificial intelligence-based financial accounting software startup. This is the first investment of Hawk Infinity in the Baltic region.

According to Gintarė Katinaitė,  CEO of RoboLabs , this acquisition is a significant recognition of RoboLabs’ success and an opportunity to benefit from Hawk Infinity’s experience and knowledge.

Founded 8 years ago by Daivaras Anužis and Deivydas Tumas, RoboLabs offers modern accounting, document processing, and business analysis services to over 1,300 companies in Lithuania.

Hawk Infinity is a privately owned, Norway-based owner of enterprise software companies.
