About
Edvinas Einoris is a Senior Associate in the EU & Competition practice group, specialising in competition litigation and merger control. He advises clients on complex competition law matters, represents them in major investigations into alleged infringements, and acts for clients in merger control proceedings. He also assists businesses in ensuring compliance with competition rules by providing strategic guidance, developing compliance solutions, and delivering trainings.
Before joining COBALT, Edvinas worked in the competition law teams of the largest law firms in Lithuania. His experience includes litigation concerning Competition Council decisions in cases involving agreements between competitors and companies operating at different levels of the supply chain, disputes regarding merger prohibitions, damages actions, as well as representing clients in complex Phase II merger control cases.
Edvinas obtained his law degree from Vilnius University.
