Hawk Infinity AS, the Norway-based investment company, has finalised the acquisition of an 93% stake in Latvia-based OptiCom SIA, one of the leading IT systems integrators in Latvia. The remaining 7% was acquired by the Lithuanian company WB Holding, whose shareholders are also linked to the Lithuanian IT integrator WhiteBit.
The acquisition was closed at an upfront enterprise value of approximately EUR 9 million (NOK 102 million). This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Hawk Infinity’s position in the Baltic IT market, following its previous acquisition of ATOM Mobilty in September 2025.
