Admeo, a company engaged in the management and maintenance of residential and commercial buildings in Vilnius, is selling 100% of its shares to Civinity.

Seeking to expand its apartment building management business, Civinity plans to acquire Admeo. The parties have signed a share purchase agreement and are currently awaiting approval from the Competition Council of Lithuania.

Admeo manages approximately 140 apartment buildings and commercial properties in Vilnius. Upon completion, the company will be integrated into the Civinity group, with employees continuing in their roles. The integration will allow teams to share experience, strengthen competencies and grow through training.

The announcement notes that the decision to acquire Admeo is based on its professional team and clear growth potential.

According to Civinity, this is the first deal of the year, but the company plans to complete up to ten deals in 2026. With this acquisition, Civinity is increasing its market share, and future deals will also cover other business segments, such as digital businesses, which will enable growth in both the home care and other markets.

Civinity provides maintenance services for residential, commercial, and public buildings.

Admeo is advised by the COBALT team, led by Partner Elijus Burgis. The team included Specialist Counsel Sandra Sidoraitė, Senior Associate Ieva Milkamanavičiūtė, and Associate Greta Linartaitė.
