The Competition Council has cleared a company within the Tesonet Group to acquire 100% of the shares in the company that owns Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton, located in central Vilnius.
Tesonet is a Lithuanian-owned technology and investment group with more than 50 businesses operating across a range of sectors, such as Nord Security, Surfshark, Oxylabs, Hostinger, Eneba and others. The group’s businesses and investments span technology, cybersecurity, AI, data, finance, sports and other sectors.
Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton is a five-star hotel in central Vilnius, with 93 rooms and suites. In 2024, it became the first Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in the Baltics.
With this transaction, the group is taking another step in the infrastructure business. Following completion of the transaction, the group plans to continue the hotel’s renovation, starting with the completion of the guest room refurbishment, followed by the renovation of common areas and other hotel facilities. The hotel will continue to operate under the Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton name.
