Kristiina is experienced in giving guidance on trademarks, copyrights and related rights, designs, patents and domains. She provides comprehensive legal solutions customized to the client’s needs, ensuring that their intellectual property is safeguarded. In addition, Kristiina has provided counsel to clients in customs matters involving seizure by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board of goods suspected of infringing intellectual property rights.
Having over half a decade of legal experience, Kristiina is also proficient in guiding clients through the complex domain of regulatory requirements. Kristiina’s field of expertise includes advising clients in matters pertaining to the constantly evolving fields of advertising, consumer protection, food and food supplement labelling, media services and product liability.
