Marleen Sarap is an Associate at COBALT Estonia. She mainly specializes in dispute resolution and public procurement.
Before joining COBALT, Marleen worked for an extended period in the public sector, where she advised the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments and the North Estonia Medical Centre on the organization of public procurements as well as on employment law and data protection matters. This diverse experience has given her a thorough understanding of how the public sector operates, the practical nuances of procurement law, and the specificities of the defense sector.
Marleen’s strengths include a systematic and thorough approach to resolving complex legal issues and the ability to combine practical experience with effective legal advice. She supports the COBALT team in preparing litigation cases and advising on public procurement procedures, providing with reliable and knowledgeable assistance.
