Tiina Ilus is a senior associate at Banking and Finance practice group in COBALT Estonia who has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of financial services and debt capital markets.

Tiina is experienced legal counsel. She has a solid background in banking sector, having years of experience with debt capital markets, prudential requirements and services for investment funds such as depositary banking and transfer agency.

Tiina has also provided legal counselling for various fintech companies, mainly regarding different funding arrangements, but also in the area of life insurance.
