Brightmoat Europe Software Technology Limited acquiered 100% shares in Cone Center OÜ.

Brightmoat Europe Software Technology Limited specializes in buying and growing profitable European B2B and B2G mission critical software businesses. Since 2019, Brightmoat has invested in and acquired more than 20 software businesses.

Cone Center OÜ is one of the leading providers of software solutions for shipping lines, agents, terminals, and ports across the Baltic, Nordic and Adriatic regions.
According to the purchaser, the acquisition marks an important milestone for them as it opens up a new industry, maritime and port logistics, and a new geographic region.
