COBALT advised Bessemer Venture Partners on investment into Pipedrive

Yesterday cloud based sales software provider Pipedrive announced closing a $9 million Series A investment. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, the longest-standing venture capital practice in the United States with offices in Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, Israel and India. Bessemer Venture Partners has provided capital to companies such as Pinterest, Skype, LinkedIn and others. More than 100 Bessemer companies have gone public.
Pipedrive is an acknowledged member of the #Estonianmafia, having raised the total of $13.4 million to date. Pipedrive aims to fix the broken sales software experience by targeting small to medium sized businesses and its SaaS taking a visual approach to sales pipeline. The company has an office in Menlo Park, California as well as in Tallinn, Estonia. The parent company of the group is incorporated in Delaware, the United States.
COBALT assisted Bessemer Venture Partners in carrying out the due diligence of the Estonian subsidiary and R&D centre of Pipedrive. The team of COBALT was led by partner Kristel Raidla-Talur. Partners Karina Paatsi and Egon Talur, senior associates Ave Piik and Triin Ploomipuu and associate Kaspar Kala participated in the project.
