COBALT advised venture capital fund Change Ventures on raising additional investments

COBALT advised early-stage investment fund Change Ventures Fund II on raising additional investments. One of the biggest and most well-known institutional investors is the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

As a result of the investments, the fund´s assets will reach 43 million euros, which makes the fund the largest seed fund investing in start-ups in the Baltics. The fund creates better opportunities for ambitious Baltic start-up entrepreneurs to raise money and enables them to develop their businesses internationally.
