COBALT advises leading partner on acquisition of controlling block of stock in AS NORVIK BANKA

COBALT advised Grigoriy Guselnikov, owner and leading partner of the London-based investment fund G2 Capital Partners, on acquisition of a controlling stake in AS NORVIK BANKA. COBALT assisted with structuring the transaction and drafting transaction documentation, as well as representing Mr. Guselnikov before the Financial and Capital Market Commission.
