COBALT compiled at KredEx’s request the instructional materials regarding the general principles of public procurement

Specialist counsel Kadri Matteus from COBALT’s Estonia office prepared at KredEx’s request the instructional materials regarding the general principles of public procurement for the renovation grant meant for improving the living conditions. The instructional materials are intended for the apartment associations who want to apply for the grant in order to renovate their apartment building as comprehensively as possible. Our work also included the preparation of sample documents and introducing the instructional materials at the Info Day.

KredEx is a foundation set up by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and communications in 2001 with the aim of providing financial solutions based on the best practices in the world.
