COBALT shortlisted for the Mergermarket mergers and acquisitions awards 2022 Europe

Recognizing the best in the M&A community, the Mergermarket has announced the nominees for the Baltics Legal Advisor of the year awards. Nominations are based on Mergermarket league table analysis, top by value, and the highest-ranking local advisers for the country categories.

The winners will be announced at the 2022 European M&A Awards at a gala dinner at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London on the 6th of December. During this evening, over 40 prizes will be awarded for creative advisory work on complex transactions. There is only one winner per category, and that makes this M&A Award from Mergermarket a true recognition of the best in the M&A field.
