E energija Group has successfully sold two ready-to-build renewable energy projects located in Kaunas County to Energix, a Tel Aviv-listed renewable energy Group.

Seeking to expand its renewable energy portfolio in Europe, Energix is acquiring a hybrid project combining solar, wind, and BESS technologies with a total capacity of up to 120.2 MW, as well as a standalone wind farm with a capacity of 43.2 MW. Both projects were fully de-risked at closing, with construction permits secured, land rights in place, and grid connection confirmed.

The projects have reached full Ready-to-Build (RTB) status and are expected to be developed further under Energix ownership, contributing to the expansion of its European renewable energy portfolio.

E energija Group will remain involved in both projects under a development services agreement during the construction phase, ensuring continuity of expertise from development to commissioning.

The transaction reflects Lithuania’s position as one of the most attractive renewable energy markets in the Baltics, with increasing interest from international institutional investors in high-quality, de-risked assets.

E energija Group was advised by COBALT, led by Partner Elijus Burgis and Managing Associate Jūratė Masiulytė-Katakinė.
