Framm sells concrete moulding business to Bauroc

AS Framm, Estonia’s largest producer of concrete and concrete products, founded in 1990, has sold its business in precast concrete products – paving stones, kerbstones and hollow concrete blocks – to AS Bauroc. With this transaction, Bauroc will become the market leader in paving and kerbstones in Estonia. The production of high quality concrete products will continue under the brand name Stoneroc in the existing plants in Lagedi and Maardu and all employees involved in the concrete products business will continue to work for the new company.
