Privately held investment fund Livonia (KS Livonia Partners Fund II AIF) acquired a stake in Telema AS.

Telema is an operator of electronic data exchange and e-invoices, which employs more than 30 people in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. According to Hele Hammer, the founder and CEO of Telema, the involvement of an institutional investor gives the company new knowledge and experience, which helps to strengthen Telema’s leading position in its business field, both in the Baltic countries and beyond.

Livonia Partners is a privately held investment fund that invests in successful and strong growth potential for small to medium-sized companies in the Baltic region.
