Severstal Trade increases its shareholding in AS Severstallat to 100%

Severstal Trade Ges.m.b.H. has acquired 15.84% shareholding in AS Severstallat from SIA Holdinga Kompanija FELIX. As a result of the transaction Severstal Trade Ges.m.b.H. has become the sole owner of AS Severstallat holding 100% shares in the company. AAS Severstal (group holding company) is one of the largest producers of vertically integrated steel constructions and one of the largest mining companies in the world with assets in Russia, USA, Ukraine, Latvia, Poland, Italy, Liberia and Brazil.
