COBALT assisted Sygnity S.A. in acquiring Edrana Baltic, UAB.

Sygnity is one of the biggest IT companies in Poland. It focuses on six business segments: banking and finances, manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities, health care and public administration. The company offers services for large and medium-sized enterprises and public administration institutions.

UAB “Edrana Baltic” is one of the largest software developers in the Baltic countries. The company specializes in the development and implementation of complex business and activity management systems using advanced IT technologies, carries out their copyright and technical supervision, provides consultations and service, conducts user training and other related activities.

COBALT Partner Dr Juozas Rimas and Senior Associate Augustinas Petkevičius were working on this deal. They assisted the buyer with the legal due diligence process and providing support in respect of the acquisition of the Edrana Baltic, UAB.
