SRS Tax and Customs Police terminates criminal proceedings and returns client’s property

The Tax and Customs Police Department of the State Revenue Service has adopted a decision to terminate criminal proceedings concerning an alleged violation of European Union sanctions, concluding that COBALT’s client has not committed a criminal offence. Following the termination of the case, the goods seized during the investigation are being returned to the client. 

COBALT effectively represented the client, securing the termination of the criminal proceedings within seven months and facilitating the return of the removed property.
