Dr. Vaidas Kontrimas is an Associate Partner and Attorney-at-law in the Commercial Disputes Practice Group, with more than 14 years of experience advising and representing the interests of domestic and international clients in civil and administrative proceedings before Lithuanian courts, including cases heard by the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Supreme Court of Lithuania.
He advises clients on dispute risk management, represents them in pre-litigation stages and negotiations. Vaidas Kontrimas specializes in complex disputes involving insurance, unfair competition, financial services, contract performance, and damages.
