About

Eliko Kiil is an Associate at COBALT Estonia. She mainly specializes in the field of dispute resolution.

Before joining COBALT, Eliko practiced for nearly 10 years as a judicial clerk at the Harju and Pärnu District Court, where she mainly focused on property law, family law, commercial law and the law of obligations. As a judicial clerk, Eliko worked on a daily basis with extensive and complex civil disputes requiring detailed legal analysis and the assessment of various procedural solutions. Her many years of experience within the court system have given Eliko in-depth knowledge of civil procedure and the ability to devise an effective and efficient litigation strategy.

Eliko holds a master’s degree from the University of Tartu’s School of Law and has also took part in a supplementary programme in IT law. During her studies, Eliko gained practical experience at the Southern District Prosecutor’s Office and Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs. She was also an active member of the law students association ELSA Estonia and participated in moot court competitions organised by the Estonian Moot Court Society.

Eliko has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2026.
