Johanna-Britt Haabu is a Senior Associate at COBALT Estonia. She is specialized in the fields of corporate and employment law.
Johanna-Britt advises both local and international clients in the establishment of companies and the preparation of documents related to the management of companies, contracts for management board members and key employees, and other employment law documents. In addition, Johanna-Britt provides legal assistance in termination of employment relationships, represents clients in labour disputes and advises on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
She has completed legal internships in several law firms, Harju County Court, and private companies, and has led the European Law Students Association as the Vice President of the Tallinn Department.
