Mārtiņš Tarlaps is an expert in the fields of M&A, Energy Law, State Aid, Anti-Money Laundering and PPP. Mārtiņš has significant experience in all legal issues concerning energy markets, including renewable energy matters, and actively participates in various projects by NGOs, including the RES-E Working Groups of the Foreign Investors Council in Latvia and the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
