Linstow sells major Riga city center car park to Parkdema Group 

Real estate developer and manager Linstow Baltic has finalized the sale of the Jēkaba Arcade car park to Parkdema Group in share transaction. The two-story facility has 320 parking spaces and is the largest covered car park in Riga’s city center, situated next to the Old Town.
