During HR Week 2025, COBALT was proud to support the Latvian HR Management Association (LPVA) Annual Project Award for the third consecutive year, celebrating outstanding achievements and best practices in human resource management across Latvia.
This year, Brabantia received the COBALT Prize in the Wellbeing category for an inspiring year-long project aimed at enhancing employee well-being and personal growth across all levels of the company. The initiative successfully integrated safety, health, learning, and charitable activities, creating a stronger and more connected team culture.
The project’s outcomes clearly demonstrate its impact:
- Employee satisfaction increased from 7.4 to 8.2 (on a 10-point scale)
- Fewer absences across the workforce
- Zero accidents reported in 2024
- Improved collaboration and teamwork between departments
COBALT applauds all applicants for their commitment to advancing employee well-being and congratulates the winners in other award categories.
The COBALT Prize was presented by Partner Toms Šulmanis, who noted the importance of meaningful wellbeing initiatives that contribute to sustainable workplace cultures.
