COBALT acted for Nordea Bank AB Estonia branch and Swedbank AS in two major syndicated financing transactions for Alexela Group OÜ, a consortium involved in the energy sector, real estate and the metals industry, and to Alexela Oil, a subsidiary of Alexela Group owning the largest chain of filling stations in Estonia.
