COBALT advised 4finance on intra-group restructuring, incorporating four sister companies ONDO SIA, 4finance IT SIA, 4finance Media SIA and VIVUS SIA into 4finance AS.

After restructuring, all companies will continue operations under 4finance brand.

4finance is one of Europe’s largest digital consumer lending groups.
