COBALT advised Connected Capital on investment in Eurora

COBALT advised investment fund Connected Capital on investment into Estonian start-up Eurora Solutions. Connected Capital led the $ 40 million round which is one of the biggest series A rounds for the Estonian start-up scene to date.

Connected Capital is an Amsterdam SaaS expert investing in exceptional entrepreneurs in Europe. Eurora Solutions industry’s leading platform modernizes e-commerce processes by automating VAT and customs administration and declaration submissions in EU member states.

According to Connected Capital investment manager Shaffy Roell, they are excited to lead the investment in Eurora and actively support the team in scaling the platform globally. „We believe that Eurora has built a truly unique AL/ML-based platform, significantly improving compliance while reducing package delays and lowering costs for e-commerce parcels shipped into Europe.“

Our assistance included compiling transaction documents, conducting legal and tax due diligence and negotiations. COBALT team was led by Senior Associate Madis Reppo, including Partner Martin Simovart and Assistant Lawyer Ken Saksniit.
