COBALT advised Practica Capital on its investment in Finland’s market

COBALT advised Practica Capital, a group of venture capital companies, on its investment in a fast food restaurant network in Finland’s market.

Practica Venture Capital fund, managed by Practica Capital, together with Fast Foods Group (FFG), a company with Icelandic capital operating fast food restaurants KFC, intends to acquire indirectly, through the Lithuanian company Cibus Group.

Current Managing Director and investor in FFG Mr Sigurdur A. Sigurdsson acquired FFG in Lithuaniaback in June 2013 with the aim to establish and grow business in the Baltic countries. Last year “Practica Venture Capital” invested EUR 1.25m in FFG.

The work of COBALT lawyers included drafting of transaction documents, representing Practica Capital during negotiations, conducting due diligence and advising on other transaction related matters. The team was led by Eva Suduiko, Senior Associate at COBALT.
