COBALT advised the seller on sale of SBS Group to ARKANCE

On February 15, 2023, ARKANCE – subsidiary of MONNOYEUR – acquired SBS Group, a software development company specialized in the construction industry and BIM from a private person. COBALT advised the seller.

This acquisition is in line with Arkance’s strategy to provide software products to support its clients. Arkance drives innovative and sustainable solutions (products, and services) to reduce the costs of their clients and help them to win more business.

ARKANCE’s mission is to support the Manufacturing and Construction industries in their digital transition. SBS Group will reinforce building industry software development team in Lithuania.
