COBALT advises Estonian Association of Civil Engineers in activities and disputes related to awarding of professional qualifications

Our long-term customer Estonian Association of Civil Engineers (EEL) is a voluntary civil engineering association operating as a non-profit organization in general construction, environmental engineering, and technical building systems engineering. EEL awards professional qualifications   to civil engineers, heating, ventilation and cooling engineers, water supply and sewerage engineers, hydraulic engineering engineers and automation engineers. EEL processes around 600 applications per year, being one of the most active trade associations who awards professional qualifications.

COBALT advises EEL in all aspects related to the awarding of professional qualifications, including the development of relevant procedures, the development of a complaint processing system, pre-trial challenge proceedings and represents EEL in court proceedings. We have also trained EEL both in terms of conducting administrative procedures and data protection rules.
