Frederic M, French seller of beauty products, entered the Belarusian market with an aim of organising direct sales and distribution network.

The lawyers of COBALT prepared extensive legal memorandum on all aspects of entry to the customs territory of the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan, authorizations for the sales of beauty products in Belarus, organisation of direct sales scheme in compliance with the Belarusian legislation, taxation aspects of the trade including optimisation of the taxation both in sales and payment of remunerations to the distributors.
