COBALT has provided advice about the sale of BPT Secura Fund assets in Tallinn. BPT Secura, the oldest real estate fund currently managed by BPT, successfully continues the structured sale of its portfolio. The sale is part of the divestment process of BPT Secura A/S, and the latest transaction means that half of the portfolio has been disposed of. Four commercial real estate properties with a gross floor area of almost 50,000 m2 were sold to the Estonia-based private investor Capital Mill. The portion of the portfolio bought by Capital Mill includes one property in Vilnius (Zariju Logistics Centre, 22,000 m2), one property in Riga (Valdemara Office Centre, 12,000 m2), and two properties in Tallinn (Ravala 5 Office Centre, 9,200 m2, and a logistics centre, 6,500 m2).
