KP3 SIA, KP4 SIA and Lido AS have entered into a construction agreement with Aimasa SIA for the development of the “LIDO House” project, a new production, warehouse and office complex in Riga, Latvia. The project will serve as the centralised production hub for the LIDO Group, one of the leading restaurant and food production companies in the Baltic States.

Aimasa SIA has been selected as the project’s general contractor. The company is one of Latvia’s leading construction firms, providing full-cycle construction services and bringing extensive experience in the delivery of large-scale development projects.

Lido AS shall invest EUR 40 million in the project. The 16,000 m² complex will provide space for production, warehousing and office operations and create around 250 new jobs. The project forms part of the wider redevelopment of the former Riga Radio Engineering Factory site and is expected to become a key component of a new retail and commercial district in Riga.

COBALT provides full legal support in the project to the developers, including legal advice on entering agreements with the general contractor, design and other project-related agreements.

COBALT team is led by Managing Partner Dace Silava-Tomsone and includes Senior Associates Juris Grantiņš and Toms Dreika.
