Dr Juozas Rimas is a Partner and the Head of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Practice Group at COBALT Lithuania, specialising in the fields of M&A (Private Equity) and Corporate Law. Juozas Rimas holds a PhD in Law (2010), which he received from Vilnius University for a thesis on corporate law issues in private equity transactions. Dr Rimas has provided transactional and corporate advice to GE, Moog Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Gjensidige, Deutsche Bank, Samskip and many other clients.

Iain Bowler, Partner, Freets (UK), Iain’s work involves commercial transactions of all descriptions including outsourcing, offshoring, manufacturing, consultancy, services and service level agreements, procurement of goods and services, supply chain management, logistics, international trade and capital asset procurement and maintenance. Iain also advises clients in relation to the many different ways of delivering goods and/or services to market, both within the UK and internationally including direct sale, agency, distribution, e-commerce and business format franchising. Hema Singhal, Of Councel, Freeths (UK). She is an experienced commercial lawyer who has worked in multiple sectors including logistics, retail, manufacturing, technology, public sector, education, healthcare and E-commerce. She has many years of experience advising on a wide range of commercial matters, including manufacturing, distribution, agency, licensing, supply and outsourcing agreements, terms and conditions of sale and supply, framework agreements and website policies. With respect to the technology sector, Hema has experience in advising clients in relation to software licences, SaaS agreements, website and app development agreements and outsourcing agreements. Hema is also a data protection expert. She has assisted clients with their privacy policies, privacy notices, data protection agreements and clauses as necessary to ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
