Karma Ventures leads the EUR 1.5 million seed round to Leil Storage

Venture capital fund Karma Ventures successfully led the EUR 1.5 million seed round to Leil Storage OÜ, with participation from Specialist VC. The new funding will accelerate go-to-market efforts, expand the product roadmap, and grow the commercial team.

Karma Ventures is a venture capital fund specialising in late-stage seed and A round investments in promising and high-potential technology start-ups. Leil Storage is a data storage infrastructure software company, developing software that enables high-density shingled magnetic recording (SMR) hard drives to be used at an enterprise scale.

COBALT advised Karma Ventures throughout the entire transaction, which included legal due diligence, negotiating transaction documents and signing and closing of the transaction.
