Latvian brewer Valmiermuižas alus joins Cēsu alus Group

The owners of Latvian brewer Valmiermuižas alus SIA have signed an agreement with beverage producer and brewery, Cēsu alus AS, regarding the sale of shares of Valmiermuižas alus SIA. The deal is subject to approval by the Competition Council. 

COBALT M&A and Tax teams provide full legal support to Valmiermuižas alus owners during the transaction, including preparing transaction documents, and assisting client in the negotiation process.
