Nordomatic, the world’s largest independent provider of Building Management Systems (BMS), has announced a strategic step into the Baltic market with the acquisition of Echoo Group SIA, a leading supplier and developer of engineering solutions for automation, electrical, and building management systems based in Latvia.
This acquisition marks a significant step in the development of smart buildings in the Baltics and opens up direct access for Nordomatic’s expansion in the region, where demand for energy and operational efficiency solutions in buildings is rapidly increasing, thereby offering considerable growth potential.
COBALT provided full legal support to Nordomatic during the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence of the target, preparing transaction documents and assisting the client in the negotiation process.
