SEB banka in Latvia signs an agreement for new headquarters in downtown Riga

SEB banka in Latvia has signed an agreement with the developer Linstow Baltic to build and rent new headquarters in Riga, at Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša 2. The building will be located in the downtown, next to upcoming Rail Baltica Riga Central railway station, allowing an easy access for visitors from Latvia and neighbouring countries. New premises will be compliant with sustainability goals of the bank.

The preliminary date for SEB banka move to the new office is the beginning of 2025.

COBALT Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate Practice Group Dace Silava-Tomsone advised SEB banka in negotiations for entering the lease agreement.
