The investment company Taba Invest has acquired the nine-storey office building Yellowstone, located next to the Old Town in the capital.
The investment company Taba Invest, owned by businessman Tautvydas Barštys and his son Tautvydas Barštys Jr., is expected to acquire all shares of the company managing the project and become the sole owner of the property.
The businessman and his son have been investing in this project since its inception, believing in the location’s potential and the distinctive architectural concept. A total of 14 Lithuanian individuals and legal entities have invested in the project located at 14 Jasinskio Street, one of the largest investors being the investment company Taba Invest, owned by Tautvydas Barštys and his son.
Yellowstone opened in 2024, and the office building is currently 96% occupied. Tenants include companies from the pharmaceutical, information technology, and electronic security solutions sectors, as well as the Lithuanian branch of the German bank Commerzbank AG.
In the transaction for the acquisition of the Yellowstone office building, the owners of Taba Invest were advised by the COBALT team, led by COBALT Partner, Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure Department Artūras Kojala and Managing Associate Jūratė Masiulytė-Katakinė.
