Telliskivi TLN has entered into a long-term lease agreement with financial group Inbank, which will join the new M2 Building in the Telliskivi business district as an anchor tenant. The seven-storey office building is currently under development and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
Inbank is an Estonia-origin financial technology company providing smart financial solutions to both individuals and businesses. The company’s growing team has created the need for larger and more modern office space, which the new location in Telliskivi will provide.
The Telliskivi TLN business district is being developed by Telliskivi TLN OÜ. The next phase of the development will add approximately 20,000 sqm of commercial space, further strengthening the area’s position as a key business hub near Tallinn city centre.
