Jolanta is a Managing Associate practising in the Employment Law Practice Group. She advises Lithuanian and international companies on employment matters, discrimination prevention, pay transparency and day-to-day HR management.
Jolanta advises employers on the drafting and amendment of employment agreements, employee performance evaluation and incentives, disciplinary measures, employee dismissals, collective redundancies, organisational changes, restructuring.
Jolanta helps clients assess employment law risks and identify practical, implementable solutions. She has significant experience representing clients before Labour Disputes Commissions and courts.
