Jolanta yra vadovaujanti teisininkė Darbo teisės praktikos grupėje. Ji konsultuoja Lietuvos ir tarptautines įmones darbo santykių, diskriminacijos prevencijos, atlygio skaidrumo ir kasdienio personalo valdymo klausimais.
Jolanta konsultuoja darbdavius dėl darbo sutarčių sudarymo ir keitimo, darbuotojų veiklos vertinimo ir skatinimo, drausminių priemonių taikymo, darbuotojų atleidimo, grupės darbuotojų atleidimo, organizacinių pokyčių, restruktūrizavimo.
Jolanta padeda klientams įvertinti su darbo teise susijusias rizikas ir pasirinkti praktiškai įgyvendinamus sprendimus. Ji turi reikšmingos patirties atstovaujant klientams darbo ginčų komisijose ir teismuose.
