Roberts Gusts is part of the law firm’s Intellectual Property and Regulatory practice groups, where he focuses on data protection, advertising, and registration matters. In his capacity as a certified data protection officer, he delivers legal support for audits and the preparation of internal documentation. Roberts assists in legal matters concerning the handling of personal data breaches for international clients and liaising with the Data State Inspectorate.
