AGRIMATCO Latvia SIA has successfully completed its cross-border merger, by merging with the Estonian sister company Agrimatco Eesti AS and forming a single entity. Consequently, AGRIMATCO Latvia has fully assumed Agrimatco Eesti’s economic operations.
COBALT provided AGRIMATCO Latvia with full legal support during the cross-border merger process, covering corporate governance, employment and tax aspects.
