Krista is member of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction practice group. She specializes in matters related to real estate transactions, property and infrastructure development, construction issues, regulatory aspects and environmental matters. Krista has valuable experience in public procurement and EU funds regulatory framework.
Prior to joining COBALT, Krista worked as an in-house lawyer at one of the leading construction companies in Latvia. She has also worked with the Central Finance and Contracting Agency and in public administration.
