COBALT advised Prosperus fund in acquiring a shopping centre in Klaipeda with the retail chain „Rimi“ as its anchor tenant.
At the beginning of April, the closed-end investment company PREF III acqured more than 5,100 square meters‘ store premises from „Raseinių plėtra“. „Raseinių plėtra“ finished and opened the store at the end of March. At the moment the building has 15 tenants. The largest of them – retail chain "Rimi" occupying the area of 2,400 square meters.
COBALT represented the client „Prosperus Asset Management“ in conducting due dilligence, transaction structuring, represented the client's interests in negotiations and advised the client on all other issues related to the transaction.
