COBALT advised the Norwegian investment company EECP on the largest real estate market transaction in the Baltic countries in 2022!

COBALT advised the Norwegian investment company EECP on the sale of a sizable grocery anchored portfolio of retail stores in Lithuania.

The portfolio contains 17 stores, the main tenants of which are Maxima and Ermitazas, and the total area is 50,000 sq m. The stores operate in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Alytus, Šiauliai, Ukmerge and Plunge.

This is the largest real estate transaction in the Baltic States in 2022.
